Vintage 1940s Hat, Black Velvet Small Topper With Birdcage 。Fantastic vintage 1940s black velvet hat. Has a folded brim and four little embellishments of swirls of black velvet ribbon with white faux pearls on them. Black birdcage veiling in front. Label reads: none. Grosgrain round the inside, measures approx 22\" round the inside. Excellent vintage condition. Some minor wear to the inside velvet, the veiling is in remarkable shape! I do want to mention the pearl swirl things tend to flop forward so maybe a hat pin if you don\'t care for that? Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items. I do my utmost best to list any issues, but signs of wear should be expected, and there are occasionally small things I won\'t deem worthy of note. Please feel free to send me a missive with any questions. I\'m truly happy to help in any way possible and I\'m always up for a chat. Any accessories shown, including crinolines, are for display only, not included unless otherwise stated.
