The tall, cylindrical crown is surrounded by a short downturned brim. Around the crown there is a draped band of fabric in a coordinating color. This draping has some purple/pink shading. There are gold colored sequins attached to the draping. To help keep this hat in a tilted position there is an elastic band attached to the inside. A beautiful addition to add to a hat collection.
